# Como Notificar Sua Equipe?

#### Neste vídeo você aprenderá como notificar membros da sua equipe pelos fluxos do BotConversa

❓ <mark style="color:blue;">Como notificar sua equipe através do Fluxo de Conversa?</mark>

Para notificar os administradores através de seus fluxos de conversas, utilize um Bloco de AÇÃO na função de NOTIFICAR ADMINS. Após selecionar o bloco de ação, poderá optar por notificar o administrador POR **EMAIL** ou por **WHATSAPP**, além de personalizar a mensagem e o administrador a ser notificado. Veja a imagem abaixo:

Dica: Utilize as notificações em pontos estratégicos de seu fluxo, por exemplo:

* Novo Lead Passando pelo Fluxo
* Novo Lead Quente
* Novo orçamento realizado
* Cliente Solicitando Suporte
* Nova Venda Realizada

## ❓ <mark style="color:blue;">Como alterar o número a ser notificado?</mark>

​Para alterar o número de WhatsApp a ser notificado, vá na aba de PERFIL localizado no canto inferior esquerdo > configurações, poderá clicar em EDITAR e alterar o número a ser notificado.
