#### **Como Baixar Relatório de Audiência no Bot Conversa**

Neste vídeo, você aprenderá o processo de baixar relatórios de contatos no Bot Conversa:

1. **Introdução: O Bot Conversa permite que você baixe relatórios detalhados dos contatos, facilitando a análise e segmentação da audiência.**
2. **Filtrando por Data de Criação:**

* Se deseja baixar um relatório de contatos que se cadastraram após uma data específica, utilize a opção "data de criação".
* Defina a data a partir da qual deseja filtrar. Por exemplo, se quiser visualizar contatos que entraram depois do dia 7 de junho, defina essa data.

3. **Visualização do Resultado:**

* O sistema exibirá o número de pessoas que se cadastraram após a data especificada.

4. **Opções de Download:**

* Clique em "Baixe o Relatório" para iniciar o download.
* O sistema oferece opções sobre quais informações você deseja incluir no relatório, como nome, telefone, data de inscrição, etiquetas, sequências, campanhas e campos.
