How to Create Sequences in Chat Bot

- Introduction: A sequence allows you to organize and schedule the sending of conversation flows in a specific order and in an automated manner.
- Usefulness of Sequences: For example, after a customer visits your business, you might want to send a feedback flow. An hour later, send a promotional flow, and the next day, a thank you flow. To avoid manual sending, use sequences.
