How to Create a Campaign in Chatbot

In this guide, you will learn step by step how to create an effective campaign in Bot Conversation:

Introduction: Creating campaigns in Bot Conversation is an efficient way to engage your users with specific messages and flows.

Starting a Campaign: If you don't have any campaigns created yet, there are options highlighted in the interface to create a new campaign.

Naming the Campaign: When creating the campaign, give it a meaningful name. For example, if it's a special promotion, you could name it "Valentine's Day."

Selecting the Flow: Choose which flow will start when the campaign is triggered. For example, you can select "flow A".

Setting the Activation Phrase: This is the message that will appear predefined to the user when clicking on the campaign link or scanning a QR Code. When the user sends this message, the chosen flow is activated.

Formatting Considerations: Avoid ending the trigger phrase with punctuation marks, such as periods or exclamation points. This can interfere with the correct triggering of the flow.

Follow these steps and recommendations to ensure your campaigns are successful and achieve the results you want.
